It is super easy for the bad guy to hide their identity. They can sell bitcoins in a local pub using the local bitcoin website, take the cash and run. Actually, there is no need for running 🙂 Also, other scenarios are possible. Idiot can send BTCs to a distant friend (another continent) who can then do the same and send cash back.
